Al will lead you on a journey of self-development aimed at providing you with alternative perspectives for Awareness and Gratitude, Personal Development, Spirituality, Health and Wellness, Family and Relationships, Career, Money, and Dealing with Stress. You’ll be given tangible techniques and resources that are evidence based and scientifically proven. Our first session will be Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 7 pm.
