Founder & Fitness Professional

Al Wilson is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Founder of RIPP CITY Fitness. Al developed our most popular Group Personal Training workout, R.I.P.P. CITY Resistance Training.

Ray Holmes Jr.

Certified Personal Trainer

Dominique "Nique" Sanders

Certified Personal Trainer

Dominique Sanders is a certified Personal Trainer. Dominique earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education and an APE Endorsement from Bowling Green University. He earned a Masters of Science in Health Education. Dominique is an extremely knowledgeable and motivating Personal Trainer, a Teacher, and a Head Coach in athletics. , as well as becoming a certified personal trainer. Shortly after graduation I began my teaching and coaching career both in athletics, and fitness. I am a teacher and a head basketball coach who has a strong passion for helping others and will continue to do so in a BIG way!

Lisa Secora

Licensed Massage Therapist

Lisa is Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in helping her clients feel better and move better by using various therapeutic techniques. She has over 15 years of experienced and has mastered the art of massage. Lisa takes pride in helping others relieve stress, improve mobility, and human performance.

Shari Barnes

Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer

Shari Barnes is a Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer with experience and certifications ranging from Performance Enhancement to Nutrition. Shari has worked with a wide range of members, ages 9 to 95. She has helped them lose weight, build muscle, manage chronic illnesses, recovery from surgery, and prepare for major performance events.

Shari is a mother of three teenage boys, and two dogs. She enjoys attending her son’s soccer games, learning Krav Maga, scuba diving, and walking her dogs. Shari takes a personal approach to helping our members achieve the best quality of life and improve performance.
